This is by far my favorite AutoZone. The employees there every single one of them is extremely compassionate and understanding. We broke down during a backpacking trip and were able to make it to this AutoZone. The car was overheating, and we have more than 86 miles to go to get home. The older gentleman that was working tonight on 8/12 was extremely compassionate, and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He showed empathy and understood our situation and was extremely genuine. The younger guy that was working tonight who close the store was extremely nice. Offered our kids waters and let us know that we can stay as long as we needed to stay until AAA got here and there were three guys working and all three of them showed so much care. When you have such a genuine employees, it’s hard not to want to purchase from the store because you know that they are honest and care. I highly recommend this location for your car part needs.

They have a decent selection, the building is warm, and the staff was knowledgeable, as far as I know. I found that the staff was chatty with customers at the counter when they had accumulated a line which ended up making my trip take 15 minutes instead of less than 2.

The return policies of autozone are a joke. I tried to return a $6 oil filter after they looked at my car and sold me the wrong one, but I had no receipt. They told me that they would give me store credit, if I could produce ID, which I left at home. Returning with if would cost more in gas that the return. When asked if I could just exchange without giving ID, they of course said no. Don’t shop here unless you know exactly what u are buying or are habitual about saving receipts. So sad. Customer service is a thing of the past!
