Ashley G wanted to harass me for returning a part that was not needed for my vehicle (which had receipt and wasnt used) and bought a different part that I then returned again because it too turned out it was not needed for my vehicle. I went out and tested the part on my vehicle by plugging the clip into another clip (not a part for under the hood or engine compartment so not dirty or greasey) and discovered that's not the part needed. Both parts were in original clean unused condition with their boxes and the receipts of which were not more than 24hrs old each. Ashley is on a power trip and extremely rude who likes to argue with her customers instead of just moving on. She needs a new job that doesnt involve customer service. Aloha location wont be getting my service ANYMORE!

I had a AAA mechanic tell me my battery was depleted and I needed to get it charged, I didn’t even know that was a thing so I called auto zone to see if they charged batteries, the gentleman on the phone assured me they do and I just need to bring the battery in. As a person who has never taken a battery out, I asked about the difficulty and this kind associate assured me it wasn’t difficult and he had all the faith I could complete it. This simple assurance and his courteous help when I successfully brought said battery in genuinely made a stressful situation much less so. I believe his name was Thai - he was working the night of 1/22 and he is an asset to your store!
