I went to this store on 8/20/2022 to have a check engine test. A store worker named Tyrise (he refused to give his name when we confronted him the next day, so this was my best guess how his name was spelled!) did the service but while he was testing, he sat on the side panel (the driver’s side) & broke it! I reported to another worker (since Tyrise left work afterwards) & asked to speak with the manager but the manager was not available. I returned today 8/21/22, met the manager named Miguel C. He refused to replace it since he said my car was old. I couldn’t believe such a big business like this denied flatly their wrongdoing! Even though the damage probably might probably cost less $100 (including part & labor), it was really unfair for me to have my car damaged by their unprofessional services and have to fix it out of my pocket!!!

Very nice AutoZone location. Lots of parking and the inside of the store is very clean, tidy and fully stocked. Andrew was my parts representative and he knew everything about parts and his customer service was awesome. Wow! I highly recommend this store. I’ll be back soon 👍

"This is just a terrible store! The employee Robert not only pushed me in line but also served another customer without any apologies. Such disrespect should not happen in a store! I will never return and do not recommend it to anyone."
