Big thanks to Oswaldo. Our BMW was blowing hot air. We were struggling with the AC recharge kit. He came out to the car, found the port which was not easy to locate and helped us get the air working again. So rare to find great service like this. Thanks!!!

Needed an oil filter wrench. The staff had to ask what it was and where to find it. Paying for this item was another issue. Their terminals were unable to accept Apple pay even though it was "supposed to be available". It looked like everyone except the manager was working there for the first time. Another issue was that several employees ignored posted face mask required signs.

Came in here to get a battery change and was told that they can’t install due shortage of staff . Drove 5 miles away to another AutoZone and they told me that three times they had customers have to come back to that AutoZone because they didn’t want to help install batteries very unhappy I had drive 15 mins for help
