The crew here at AutoZone was so helpful in diagnosing the issues I was seeing and when I decided to work on replacing my alternator in their parking lot, David really went ABOVE and BEYOND to help with getting me the tools I would need, helping me double check I did everything correctly, and even getting his hands dirty and working on it with me for the more complicated portions. I don’t have enough praise for David and the rest of the AutoZone Team. You’ve made a lifetime customer out of me. Thank you.

Mike at the Washington, Utah auto zone location is incredible. Right when I walked in, he greeted me and offered help. I needed a new battery and he found the right one and installed it for me. He also suggested I wait inside in the ac while he switched it out in the 100 degree weather, which was really thoughtful. 10/10 recommend!
