Visited three times in the last week. Staff was helpful and friendly, but inventory of most of the items I needed was depleted. Can’t sell what you don’t have. Store is new, so they don’t have a good idea what inventory turnover will be, but if sales are lost because inventory isn’t there, it will be difficult to establish turnover metrics, which means it will probably be an ongoing issue. Need 2 or 3 of something , probably only 1 in stock (if any). Get ready to drive 20 miles to get what you need. Fingers crossed that it will improve.

Ordered online and had my DIL pick it up for me on her break from Sweet Lou's so that I didn't have to make the long drive. Super convenient!

Very rude. Asked to hold, and I had no problem with that. When taking me off hold, the tone was rude and told me he is super busy and already helping 3 other people. I have patience, and I don't mind holding. But essentially, sandbagging the interaction from frustration isn't really cool. Take a breather and don't answer the phone next time.
