I needed a new battery for my car because mine had completely died. I called asking about pricing because I know little to nothing about cars. I spoke to Tim and he was really helpful, even though I could barely answer any of his questions because I had no idea what he was talking about. I got there and was shown the batteries available and I picked one based off their recommendation. Raymond was incredibly nice, and after I bought the battery- he installed it. In the snow and freezing cold!! A bolt connecting the battery was so corroded, it was pretty stuck on there, and he tried his hardest to get it off. It wouldn’t come off (my fault for waiting too long to replace my battery) so I bought the part that needed to be replaced and he had the battery in so quick. Everyone at the store was so nice and helpful. Thank yall so much!

I needed a battery terminal replace and Hector was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me install them, I felt valued as a customer. Made my day so much better, I will definitely come back.
