The Avalon Hotel is a wonderful place that is steep in history. Marilyn Monroe lived here twice when it was the Beverly Carlton. Marilyn was on the brink of major fame when she was here. While at the Beverly Carlton, Marilyn had many photos taken by the pool that in time, would become iconic. The hotel still basks in the same architectural glory of yesteryear. The staff is great, and the rooms are very clean. The restaurant has really good meals. A very comfortable hotel. George Vreeland Hill

It is Not my Kind of hotel. It Looks at First Site very chil and Great But the rooms are very very old. The bathroom is very Bad, the Pool is very small. However, the personell are very very friendly with huge respect. I checked in After paying for 3 nights. Because I was dissapointed about the room I asked if I could check out the Same day with a Refund. The supervisor, was very Kind and understood that the hotel is Not for everybody. She gave me the full refund ! Also the Service from the doormen and Valet parking Justin and José! What a Great and Kind Service they gave us. Men whom love Their job. They even did not want any tip. Great people!

I recently stayed at the Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself has a trendy, retro vibe, which I found appealing. However, some aspects of my stay didn’t quite meet expectations. The rooms, while stylish, felt a bit dated and could use some refurbishment, especially for the price point. The amenities were decent but nothing extraordinary.

That said, I want to give a special shoutout to Eunice, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Her friendly attitude and exceptional service really stood out. If I were rating Eunice alone, it would be a 5-star experience for her assistance!

Overall, the Avalon is a nice place to stay if you're looking for a unique atmosphere.
