I have lived here for roughly a year and a half or so and decided to finally leave a review.
Avana One Zero Nine does a fantastic job at building a neighborhood community filled with great people and awesome amenities. I would recommend this area to anyone for any living situation.
Customer service is A-Grade. If it wasn’t for Patty at the front leasing office, this community wouldn’t be the same. If she ever leaves, I would trust her completely to make sure we are kept in good hands.
Security keeps you feeling safe, the public areas are kept clean and the valet trash is a huge plus. Neighbors are quiet and polite, I have lived at 2 residencies within Avana, this was the case both times!
I am a tenant here. The leasing and maintenance staff have been consistently friendly, respectful, and courteous. Nevertheless, I do believe there is room for improvement in maintaining the amenities, particularly the firepit timer and the center grill, which are in need of repairs. Although I understand that there may be larger priorities within the complex, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall experience. On the whole, I have enjoyed my time here and I just renewed my lease for another year
