Dr. Avants took excellent care of me! I transfered from another Dr. that basically told me I was over reacting about some pain I was having early in my pregnancy. She took me in right away and had tests done. I had some complications that made my pregnancy risky and she monitored me closely. Sometimes the wait is long because she takes such good care of all of her patients. I just scheduled my appointments on my day off and made plans to be there for a bit. No big deal and totally worth it! I fell during my pregnancy and was admitted for monitoring. I was super scared and didn't know what was gonna happen. Dr. Avants was there shortly after being admitted. She was great and made me feel more relaxed. Luckily everything was ok with the baby. Then, she checked on me a couple of hours later and first thing in the morning and several times the next day. I am extremely grateful for the attention I received during labor as well. She's a great doctor!

Dr. Avants is the best doctor that I have ever had. She is attentive, caring and delivered my two children. When I lost one in between my two she called me on Thanksgiving Day to just check on me and see how I was doing. She is the most devoted doctor that you will ever fiin and I was her first patient in her Loma Linda practice almost 23 yrs ago. She has performed a few surgical procedures on me that where absolutely wonderful outcomes. Best doctor hands down! And those who give bad reviews for long wait times need to realize that appointments go longer than expected and that's because Dr. Avants will not compromise quantity for quality care . Remeber that!!

I love Dr. Avants! She delivered both of my boys and I had such a great birthing experiences. I didn't have to have an episiotomy or didn't tear at all with either deliveries, which I firmly believe was all because of her manually massaging me, making sure lady parts were as ready as can be for birth. She always made me feel comfortable & she genuinely cares about her patients well being. You do have to wait, but that's because she's always so busy with deliveries, surgeries and her other patients. I'm so sad I have moved out of state so I won't be able to see her anymore but she is highly recommended by me & many of my family members. She is, hands down, the best OB in the inland empire!
