The customer service is great but the products are WACK! DO NOT BUY IT! I got the face wash and and the cotton pads that you're supposed to apply after the wash, spent over $60 on those 2 products alone and the only thing it did was ruin my face, my skin got more dry and hardened and I broke out like CRAZY! No I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients in those product, my sister had gotten they're moisturiser ($30 worth) and it actually dried her face, it would only be moist for a short time after she applied it and it made hee skin feel weird. The only reason why we even got those products was because the workers convinced us that the products would clear our faces yet it did the exact opposite. Save your self some money and don't buy their face products!!!! The only thing that I liked was their tea, nothing else. I actually had a small amount of their shampoo and conditioner (travel size) nothing special to be honest not worth it. STAY AWAY FROM AVEDA unless you buy their tea.

Laura C. was a breath of fresh air! I had just come from a terrible experience at Mosaic.
Laura was cheery, professional, genuine, and sold me the BEST product I've used in years on my fine, very curly hair. Sap Moss Hydration Shampoo. She didn't even blink when I declined th ed conditioner. THEN she offered free shipping, gave the older woman a PAPER copy of the number so I could use that service.
Way to go, Laura C. Thank you for making my day, week and month.
