Extremely Disappointing Experience at Aveda Store Bellevue Square with store supervisor Jennifer.
On May 21 2023, I had booked an appointment for a service at 12:30pm. As a loyal customer, I arrived promptly and was looking forward to a pleasant experience. However, to my dismay, I was made to wait for an astonishing 45 minutes before receiving any assistance.
What made matters worse was that during this time, I observed the store supervisor attending to customers who arrived after me. This blatant disregard for my scheduled appointment was both frustrating and disheartening. When the supervisor finally approached me, instead of offering an apology or a solution, they rudely asked me to reschedule my appointment. I was shocked and taken aback by their unprofessional behavior.
Furthermore, the supervisor "Jennifer" made highly inappropriate remarks, suggesting that I should expect a lack of dedication from a retail store. Such comments are completely unacceptable and do not align with the values and standards I have come to associate with the Aveda brand. As a customer who values quality service and respect, I found this experience to be deeply disappointing and disrespectful.
