I had the most spectacular visit today thanks to Sydney. I read an article online that listed an Aveda shampoo that had enough great reviews that I wanted to try it. I went in around 7:30 and immediately I was offered tea and shown the shampoo I was looking for. Sydney offered to do a scalp assessment and together we learned more about my hair. She helped me select a shampoo that would fit my hair better and was really knowledgeable about what I could do to help revitalize my hair and scalp. The whole thing was complimentary and informative; I never felt rushed or that she was just trying to sell me on something so she could get me out the door. I definitely spent more than I anticipated, but after the incredible service I received, I’m hopeful for a great outcome.

I went into work one day The manager Penelope started yelling at me and degrading me .She said she didn't feel like this was a good fit for me.I left in a hurry I am afraid of her and her anger.i don't feel safe around her.i see her temper at staff and customers.

I came in to AVEDA today with zero expectations, I came across Bella and she was such a great help to me! She did a scalp test for me, she explained my hair type and needs for me!! No one has ever done that in such a detailed and yet simple way! She helped me build a hair routine for my own hair! We picked different products for my hair needs and I went home with so many cool products! I’m so happy I came across Bella today and I would recommend her to everyone! AVEDA you are lucky to have her on your team! Thank you Bella!
