I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Mitchell and his incredible team. I am a person with anxiety issues from dental work. Dr. Mitchell replaced 6 old crowns on my upper front teeth and they did fabulous work on me. You can’t even tell they are crowns! I believe they deserve a 5 STAR RATING! My smile is beautiful, and now my daughter wants to go to my dentist! Thanks Doc!
NO ROOT CANAL WITH DR. MITCHELL. You need root canal go see specialist. In general people are very nice in there but service 1 out of 5. Even assistant after filling my tooth failed to smooth it plus Dr. Mitchell grined my permannent crown failed to smooth it after. While i was in chair and Dr. Mitchell was cleaning my root canal i mentioned that one of roots have darker spot/ may be not completely filled he said it is fine. BUT IT IS NOT FINE. I came to see a Dr. Mitchell becouse of referral from other Dr. I had general exam at Avenue Dental where Dr. Mitchell said to replace all crown and to do one root canal. I wanted to start from root canal becouse that tooth was bothering me a little bit. Dr. Mitchel cleaned my root canal in December 2023 that where all my problems started. Now i am sitting at home with severe tooth each, swollen lymph nodes, severe body each and fever and confusions... I hope no sepsis. I am waiting for endotontist to redo my root canal. I got permanent crown in January 2024. I was reporting tooth pain from day 1 since they fixed my root canal. Doctor told me with permannent crown will be better... I came to Avenue Dental in Spokane Valley a few times since I have permannent crown but Doctor only grinded my crown, took a few exrays and was really quite. I felt like I am bothering him to much. I came to Avenue Dental in Valley in January and February 2024 reporting tooth pain after root canal done. They said it might bother for awhile. I asked the other 2 doctors advice from the outside of clinic at that time as well. Then in May 2024 I had General Exam in CHAS and I been told I lost a lot of bone and I have inflammation around it. They referred me to endotontist plus they said go see a Doctor who did root canal. I came back to Dr. MITCHELL and he said EXTRACTION AND IMPLANT. He did not referred me to endotontist to check if there is another root he did not see or may be to offer to redo root canal becouse one doctor told me probably it was not sealed properly. Since then I saw 2 endotontist with a different opinion. Waiting for my root canal to be redone. I took antibiotic course 2 weeks ago but recently I started having very bad symptoms enlarged 2 lymph nodes in the back of head, fever, weakness, bodyeach... I am going to Urgent Care today. I am writing it to HELP YOU PREVENT WHAT HEPPENING TO ME . Need root canal go to endotontist. In general team is very nice but not the targeted service. AVOID THEIR OFFICE.
