As a Realtor in the greater Seattle-Bellevue metro area (from a $400K condo to over $3 million water front homes), I’ve been referring clients to Barb Bender (leasing agent) and Avenue One (property management) for over 8 years (since 2016). I have never received a complaint and always praise that Barb secured a quality tenant for top dollar. I don’t know she does it, but she’s consistent and "I guarantee her efforts” to my clients. Additionally, Avenue One has always consistently well-managed the properties. After being a Realtor for over 12 years, I cannot convey how much of a relief it is to have Barb as a reliable resource for my clients. There are so many leasing agents and property management firms out there that shouldn’t be. I don’t know how their businesses survive, but there’s plenty of pitfalls.
