I had experienced very rude and unprofessional saleswomen/cashiers. I needed to return an item which was purchased a few days ago, definitely was bought within 7 days and according to the refund/exchange rules - I could do so within 7 days from purchase date as well as I was assured over the phone the following day that I can return the item within 7 days as long as I have my receipt. My item was bought inside of their store-not outside-like one of the cashiers was attempting to point out. They all got really defensive as they did not want to provide a refund and the way how they talked back at me was disgusting. A male salesperson interfered as he witnessed how rude one of them was, and he helped me from that point on. He did not provide a refund, he exchanged an item for me, but was polite unlike unprofessional female cashiers. I will never shop at this location again and possibly won't ever buy their products.

This place looks like where a cult from the 1970s would hold their meetings and I mean that in a good way! Awesome cocktails too!

The quality and the softness of the fabric are amazing. But the prices are absurdly high, so 2 stars taken for that
