I reached out to Avila Heights for a loved one. The staff was great and very helpful. My loved one has thrived in their care and is still doing amazing after graduating their program. We especially loved their program activities, cleanliness, and the atmosphere and mostly the family feel of the home and staff.

This program was so amazing! They have helped two of my close friends. The owner was absolutely amazing and her and her admission team actually helped one of my friends find a facility that was closer to his home and more at the level of care he needed. I’ve never heard of a facility helping find care outside of their own facility but the compassion they had was so amazing and they were just trying to help him out in the best way they could even if it wasn’t there facility specifically. With our other friend, the owner herself, helped with an intervention and was able to help get him into their program and it saved his life and saved his family. They do such amazing work here and I’m so thankful for them! I have also heard from others that the owner is able to help those in need and can help scholarship somebody so that they can get the care they need and the healing they deserve
