Called ahead to order. Everyone was friendly and thorough. They offered plates, cups and silverware- which was really considerate. Food was fresh and hot. They didn't gripe when I added/altered the order when I arrived. Very pleased with both service and food. The Colonel would be proud.

Love the team, they do go the extra mile and are full of smiles. Food is pretty consistent, good, mostly fresh. Shake machine outdated, creates long waits for 2 milkshakes. Needs a serious face-lift, frequently the front area is empty, Noone greets you coming in the door. staffing is minimal.
