I will not be going back...Very Frustrating interaction. I pulled up to the drive thru and they asked what I wanted so I ordered. I asked for a Combo meal without pickle or onions. I heard a rustle on the mic a giggle and they asked me what I wanted again. I repeated my order specifically an A5 Combo with no onions or pickles with a sprite. Again a rustle, giggles, laughing then silence. Then again I was asked what I wanted. I tried to order again but was cut off by them talking to whoever in the background. I said "that's three times I am done". They laughed hysterically almost rejoicing and said have a nice evening as I drive away. It seems like they do this on purpose to not have to make a special ordered burger (I have heard this is a tactic they use as laziness) or they were doing whatever inappropriate things and not doing the job they are payed to do. I can go up the road to any other place and receive 100% better service. This place is failing on training and oversight and needs to be corrected. My next stop is a corporate complaint.

Customer service left much to be desired. Employees would rather socialize then help serve customers. The famous bowl looked like nothing compared to the advertisements. 4 tiny chicken nuggets. Would not recommend this location go elsewhere.

The service here is terrible, even through the drive thru you order food only to be told to pull up front and wait 30 mins to an hr for a burger and nuggets and for my order to still be incorrect. I have came multiple times and still had the same issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
