The salesman that got me to sign up WELL EARNED THAT PAYCHECK. I don’t remember his name but he could sell ice to Eskimos. They have come twice since and I have had no issues!

Stephanie, was a wonderful customer service rep over the phone. Being that she just started, she handled my call with grace and professionalism. She answered my questions, understood where I was coming from (as a customer), took feedback, and ensured my notes/concerns were addressed or handled as best as possible. Looking forward to my next appointment and technician visit.

I called to schedule my next appointment. Jessica answered my call. She was able to schedule my service at a time that worked best for me. Additionally, she offered advice (regarding ants in my bathroom). She was so helpful and oh so friendly. I thoroughly enjoy working with Axiom because your treatments are effective and your customer service is amazing. Other companies could benefit learning from people like Jessica. Thanks!
