Being new to travel nursing has been a daunting experience but working with Alex Willis at Axis Medical has made the experience so smooth. Alex provides a wealth of knowledge that has helped me navigate through the unknowns of travel nursing. She is easy to reach, so kind and friendly. It’s refreshing to work with a recruiter like Alex that checks up on you regularly, is very genuine and builds a relationship with you to get to know you. It’s because of Alex I choose to continue to work with Axis Medical. It’s so important to have a recruiter like her who is invested in you. This is the foundation for a successful travel nurse experience. I’m grateful to Alex for my experience with Axis Medical thus far.

I ended up choosing Axis for my first travel assignment, had a great experience, and am extending my contract. My recruiter Kristen Hochstein explained everything to me thoroughly and honestly from the beginning and she helped me find an assignment that suited my desires. Throughout this process she has been so quick and responsive with every question or need I have. I feel comfortable and confident that everything will work out working with her. She also has a great personality which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I’d recommended her if you have a choice! As for the Axis company as whole, I haven’t had any negative experiences or anything I could complain about so far. I would recommend to anyone!

From the instant we got on the phone, I knew me and Charity were going to work great together. She was very open and honest about the traveling process and even sent a comprehensive email walking me through all of the steps and questions I might have about travel nursing. Definitely can’t wait to lock down my first assignment with Axis!
