Update 02/14/23
I take back my recommendation for Axis Physical Therapy. For the last two months I have gone back and forth with Becca about my bill. I let her know back in December 2022 that insurance had been reprocessed and that what I owed was wrong. I told her I know it was going toward my deductible and I'm happy to pay but the amount is incorrect. Becca put me on hold and when she came back on the line she told me "my boss says its right and for you to just pay your bill it goes towards your deductible". I let Becca know I was looking at a new EOB from my insurance. She then let me know its probably an old EOB. I read her the date. She then said oh, well I will resubmit but you should reach out to your insurance. Not a great feeling when someone is pushing for you to pay when you know it's incorrect.
This goes on for another month of it being incorrect.
Long story short they were wrong by $98. They never apologized. I fear they would have just kept the extra $98. I paid my bill in full with the correct amount today but I will not be going back. Make sure you check your EOBs with your bills.
I recommend Axis Physical Therapy a 1000%. Lynn at the front desk is wonderful. She was great at booking all my appointments and answering any questions I had. I saw Jeff Waldron and he really helped me. I came to him from having a hurt shoulder after a surgery I had. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Staff members that would warm me up before I saw Mr. Waldron were all so polite and great conversationalist. If I ever need PT again I would come back here.
