We had an amazing stay here! The rooms were lovely, had all the amenities we would need. The breakfast was great, definitely a highlight of the stay, and changes slightly each day (includes cereal, bread, pastries, pancakes, potatoes, bacon/sausage, eggs, sauces, coffee, juices, etc.)||The gym was also well equipped and I used this a few times, as well as a nice pool and jacuzzi outside. ||The main thing that stood out was the staff's service. I cannot thank them enough for their help during my stay. Robert (maintenance) and a lady at the front desk whose name I unfortunately got to catch, take honourable mention as they truly made the difference to my stay. I, unfortunately, had some car troubles with my hire car and they helped me to no end, and always checked I was okay! I cannot thank them enough for their generosity and kindness.||I would be sure to stay with Ayres Hotel Orange again if I'm back in the area. :)

A beautifully decorated hotel with great staff. Our suite was perfect. We came for a 50th High School reunion and we could see right away why this hotel had such great ratings. The room was very large, super clean, and the staff was great and very responsive. We needed to call maintenance to figure out how to work the AC/Heating controls and also Housekeeping to get a feather-free pillow. Both came to our aid within 15 minutes. We have another reservation in a couple of months. Highly recommended.

A delight as always. Brian checked me in and it was very quick and I was at my room in no time. The beds will kidnap you be careful, what was intended to be a cat nap will leave you waking up several hours later feeling like you just slept on a big cumulonimbus cloud. Best hotel in Orange County, staff, parking, breakfast.. it's all great.
