I highly recommend the Ayurvedic Health Center in Bellingham as a place for health treatments. My experience of receiving Structural Integration treatments over the course of 3 months proved helpful for correcting poor body alignment and also relieved me from pain. The oil massages were also remarkable. I found Katrina and Laura to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
The Ayurvedic Health Center & Wellness Shop is one of my favorite places in Bellingham! I love how aligned I feel after receiving structural integration bodywork sessions with Katrina. I appreciate too, their wisdom of how to integrate Ayurvedic practices into one’s daily life to not only feel better but to continue feeling wonderful.
I highly recommend their classes and sessions for those who want to be a part of their healing process and are seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive, healing team.
