This office was recommended by a friend. Throughout my experience with the doctor and associates there was a lack of follow through by them. Example email us -doctor with this and that and we will make a plan, etc. All things were emailed as requested in a few days. After weeks with no reply, I emailed again with no reply. I then called left messages with details and then into the second month a lame excuse of oh we didn’t know, so and so was on vacation, so and so was sick, we didn’t receive the emails- which was proven wrong they had received them. Everyone deserves a second chance and this office was recommended so I continued on with trying to establish care with this office. Well I was wrong. The office cancelled appointments with no notice, when a patient cancels with no notice there is a fee. When the appointment finally took place the doctor/ associate said she would send an email with this and that; I waited for the email and waited. While waiting to the email my bill arrives via US mail and is emailed for that appointment but no email has been received from the doctor/associate. Yes spam and junk mail were checked daily. I called again, they eventually got back to me and said oh we sent it to the wrong email address. Funny how the billing and appointment reminders come to the right email but everything else doesn’t 🤔. Finally get the email and it doesn’t have explanation of why but a list of supplements I now need and can only buy from them. You shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to establish care with a doctor office. If they are overwhelmed with too many patients or not enough staff then sorry accept new patients. If you only care about money then continue on just like big pharma. I believe in naturopathy, Ayurvedic medicine and there are others out there that actually care about their patients and will do right by you. I recommend NOT using Ayurvedic and naturopathic clinic.
After nearly two months of struggling with swelling and pain in my left ankle, numerous visits to urgent care led to misdiagnoses and ineffective treatments. They suspected cellulitis and administered antibiotics through IV and oral routes for almost six weeks, alongside multiple scans, all to no avail. This experience not only failed to relieve my pain but also left me worried about potential underlying health issues.
In search of an alternative approach, I consulted Dr. Virender Sodhi, a naturopathic doctor. Within just five minutes of a comprehensive physical examination, he astutely diagnosed the root cause as Achilles Tendonitis. He recommended an MRI to confirm, and his diagnosis was later corroborated by a podiatrist.
I am immensely relieved and thankful for Dr. Sodhi’s expertise. His ability to quickly and accurately identify the problem spared me from further ineffective treatments and pointed me towards the correct path to healing. For anyone seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic naturopathic doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Virender Sodhi. His professional insight and caring demeanor are truly exceptional.
