I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Luzzia for my hair extensions. From the outset, the appointment was poorly managed, starting late with no communication or apology. The technician seemed disinterested and rushed through the consultation, providing minimal guidance on what would work best for my hair type. During the application, the process was extremely painful, and it felt like Luzzia was more focused on finishing quickly than ensuring a comfortable and high-quality result. The extensions themselves were of substandard quality, feeling synthetic and prone to tangling almost immediately.
After just a few days, several extensions began to shed excessively, and a few even fell out. When I contacted Luzzia to address these issues, I was met with a dismissive attitude and no offer of assistance or remedy. The overall customer service was abysmal, making me feel like an afterthought once the transaction was complete. For the high price I paid, I expected a professional and lasting result, but instead, I am left with a sore scalp and regret. I would strongly advise against using Luzzia for hair extensions save your money and go to someone who values their clients and their craft.
