These guys take advantage of women that don't know better. Really sad unfortunately because I personally have used them for more than 20 years. Charged my wife 2.5 hours labor($130/hr) for a 45 minute (instructions say 20 mins for hitch) bolt on hitch install. Tried to resolve this issue with Chris but he was very rude, pompous and unwilling to do anything about it. I guess that's how they do business these days. I won't ever use them again and I would caution everyone to get a quote for work on paper first.

Very honest and helpful staff. They will tell you the truth about the products that they sell not just give you a line to get you to buy it and make a sale. Prices are reasonable and the products are good. They have a good selection of accessories inside the office from trailer jacks and hitches to axles and fenders. They are always getting new trailers in and can always order something for you if they don't have what you're looking for in stock.

I bought my trailer in 2020, got a good deal on it. Went back for a tail light issue the other day. had a small hiccup with a cord length but their guy took care of it in no time. I appreciate a local place like this that'll take care of you without ripping you off nowadays. Thank you.
