Very nice team...they did a great job for us!

My septic alarm started going off Wednesday night. Thursday morning, I tentatively scheduled another company for their earliest appointment, the following Monday. A “friend” told me I should try B n B, he spoke highly of them. I called and was told they would have someone here the next day, Friday. I called and canceled my other appointment for Monday. I call Friday morning to find out an approximate time. I’m told they’re busy and they can’t tell me a time. Around 4pm I call again and I’m told that she can’t get a hold of anyone so she doesn’t know when or if they’ll make it to my house. Monday morning I call at 9 am to make sure I’m on the schedule and I’m told she doesn’t see anything and she’ll call me back within an hour. At 10:30, I still haven’t heard back so I call. I’m told they’re busy and they’re trying to figure it out. Around 1:30pm I call and I’m told the tech will be in in 15 minutes and I’ll get an answer shortly. At 2:30pm I call back and I’m told more BS and if I want I should call another company. So now it’s 4:00 pm and I still have no idea of their plan. The original company I contacted would have been here today had B N B not lied to me and I wouldn’t have canceled my appointment. I’m normally understanding and I don’t usually disparage businesses as I run a business myself and understand it’s not always easy. BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS! This is the worst customer service experience I’ve received in decades.

I spoke with Brian who came out to our property to assess what would be the best solution for our problem. He took the time to explain all my options and than provided me with a very fair quote for a new drain field. He also was able to do the work quickly and started and finished exactly when he said they would with no interruption of service for us. I asked that he leave my back yard as clean and rock free as possible after digging a new drain field and backfilling a lot of dirt. They did a superb job and returned my back yard to almost an untouched state. From the office staff, phone calls, Brian's knowledge and performing the work that exceeded my expectations I would highly recommended B&B Sani Service to anyone needing septic or drain field work done, either new construction or as in my case replacing the drain field on my existing system. Thank you again Brian!
