TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST IN THE VALLEY!. .
When i went in to ask about some parts for some sewing machines i had bought, the attending associate was very friendly, and helped as much as she could. She was very knowledgeable, and courteous, and helped me with most of my questions. I was very happy to be treated with respect, and cheerfulness. I need some technical advise, and the machine technician who was working came over quickly with a smile. Once we started talking, i immediately knew i was at the right place. We talked about sewing machines for about 20 min., and got all the parts needed for my machines. I was also told some valuable advice about oils, maintenance, and care for the machines. I didn't feel like i was being sold a bunch of parts that weren't needed, but every part, explained, and shown how to put on. I bought parts, extra parts, and ordered some parts to make the machines look nicer as well. They had all the parts i needed, and shown how to operate each lever on the machine. The associates working here at top notch, and are an example of what business could learn from. I know many times just expect good customer service, and many times just don't pay attention, but when you can do this day in and out, and love doing what you do, is priceless. I'm glad i went in, and found a lifelong friendship, and business i i value very much. My hats off to all of you, and wish you a very Happy Holiday Season.
Took an older machine into this shop to see if they could fix the timing since they had good reviews and seemed to know what they were doing. Waited a week and got a call saying the machine was damaged beyond repair and the machine was old enough that replacement parts were not being manufactured anymore. I then took this machine to a friend who has years of experience with sewing to see if they could confirm everything. Friend took it apart and had it fixed within 5 minutes. Seems like this shop doesn’t even want to bother with older machines.
So reply to this was that if they feel they can’t fix it and make it last, they won’t work on it. Again, my friend fixed it within 10 minutes of looking at it and it’s been running great since. So again, this shop doesn’t seem to bother with older machines or even try to fix them
