I would give this company 0 stars of possible. First off, my apartment in Hawthorne was INFESTED with roaches the day I moved in. My oven, dishwasher, and heater were all decades old and didn't work. On top of the raggedy units they rent out, I was told my mother couldn't spend the night while visiting from out of town because "I'd get evicted for having overnight guest".
My manager was young and very inexperienced, showing me why my building had such a high turn around rate. I moved out after a few months because I couldn't take the lack of care & stupidity of the manager combined with the roaches everywhere!
This company is fraudulent and shady. After ignoring my letters and emails before I moved out, BJ Property sent me a bill, (didn't return my deposit) 3 years after moving out! Spend your money with a more professional management Co. I am now still wasting time in court for an apartment I moved out of almost 4 years ago...they are money hungry thieves!
