This place is fine for the most part, except the lack of customer service and BOTH quarter dispensing machines being out of order. It would be nice if there was a big sign on the door stating that so people don't waste their time, I just filled two jumbo washers with clothes, and added laundry detergent just to have to remove everything because your coin only operated laundromat offers no way to exchange bills for coins. If you have time to watch the footage from your max-prison style security system, you have time to make sure your customers can access the bare necessities they need to use the only thing your company offers.

I like that you can start loads until 830 pm. The only other laundromat in town only allows you to start laundry until 630. It was clean, and had many open machines when I arrived at 745 pm. Lost a star due to location in an area that you must be vigilant in watching your loads, theft and vehicle prowling are common. Also the large population of stray cats that are obviously fed here is a bit off putting, as it drew closer to the closing time of 10 p.m a crowd of them began to form.
