Have used them for years. We ordered an event tent (really overpriced junk) for our own business and unfortunately only used it three times and it’s already broken. We only do one show a year. They’re unwilling to send us a new one even at cost to help out a business that is supported for over 10 years. $950 down the drain. We will be taking our business elsewhere. This place has terrible customer support and they’re not willing to help out anyone.
EDIT: They did finally try to help so I will give them that. So we do appreciate that.
