Bought a swing for our baby, checked the return policy with customer service before buying it and we were told we would be able to return it for full refund if our baby doesn’t like it. Went back to return after couple of days as baby did not wanna sit in it. We were told that we can’t return it for a refund and we’re given a store gift card instead. Now we have over $100 sitting on a gift card which we can’t spend anywhere else

If I could give a zero or less star I so would. We ordered something at 7pm in-stock online at the Langley store, 3pm the next day I checked the status of my order and it was canceled with no notification. I then called the store curbside line and got a message stating that there was no answering service. I then called customer service for the store and got attitude of oh well to bad its canceled not or problem
