We had bought a square trade that was a waste of money and a horrible company to work with! After letting the manager know all the details they replaced our product it wasn't an inexpensive product. They replaced and were happy to do so. All the staff was super nice to work with and extremely helpful!

Very overpriced and the person that setup our baby registry didn't do it correctly so we never got our 10% back on an e-gift card. Thousands of dollars spent there. Calling the store get's you nowhere, you have to call customer service 1-800 number. After 6 calls (each time telling us to call back in 7-10 days) they may have got thing corrected but do NOT take their word for it that they will call you back. They NEVER did, which is why we had to keep calling. Will never buy from there or toysrus again. The staff at the store was very friendly and helpful just as a side note and why the 2 star rating.

I love babies r us and shop here frequently with a baby on the way, however, an employee recently put me off of ever wanting to go back! I have gone here and received wonderful customer service from the other employees but this one woman was just so argumentative over everything I could tell the other employees felt awkward that she was being so rude to me. So I left with out finishing my business thinking I’ll call back later guess who answered the phone 🙄. Again I had to talk with this woman and she ended the conversation with I’ve been working here for so and so years I know what I’m doing! Then hung up before helping me what do I do babies r us? I’m not a combative person if I run in to her again I don’t think I’ll continue to shop here because she’s running me off.
