A perfect baby store with a good selection of quality baby items. It is our to-go place for baby shower gifts.
Recently, we bought a stroller during the Black Friday sale. It was a pre-sale so the item took a bit longer to arrive. I usually buy pricier and larger items only in-store, so I was a bit worried with the shipping process. The staffs were very attentive; the question response time was quick and they communicated thoroughly to inform us about the item status.

I ordered the UppaBaby Vista stroller in Jake colour (Black)
The website said all colours available
I was notified that not only is the colour discontinued and they’re unable to complete the order but THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME AND KEEP THE COST AS STORE CREDIT.
Scam. Full scam. False advertising.
