Bad Bad Bad!!!
Negligent on taking care of my child. Have no knowledge at all on the bruises!!! Even though they are all inside whole day, which there adults. I mean, how come?
More details: My little was non English speaker and was crying all day (Sandra told me) and I felt they just checked a few times and give up (told me I have to pick up soon and they don’t care car seats, as car seat is not installed on my car, and for real reasons have to pick up alter). My little one was new, crying desperately and I was told that my little one throwing herself on the ground! But no one go and check after each hit to make sure no any hurt? They just give up! Because I was told they have other children and cannot focus on one. That’s excuses!!!
I overpaid too much, since Sandra terminated the care the same day I questioned her the bruises. The reason is she said I don’t trust her, so need to terminate the service. FINE! I paid whole week, where is the refund for the day I don’t go tomorrow?
Hmmm, so. I feel Thai center is just a place.
Honestly, I usually let things go with unprofessional actions (such as price inconsistencies, tax issues), I just follow whatever they prefer, as I don’t care that much.
But I don’t want to remain silent when I feel unsafe for little ones. Definitely a big NO unless you don’t care about the care quality.
