I highly recommend Back Country Sports. Dave and his wife are lovely people with a ton of knowledge. They have excellent stock, prices, and selection and, all in all, our experience shopping there has been nothing short of fantastic. Our five year old is also a big fan! He loves going in to just poke around and check out the merch. Even though we will be moving away from Penticton soon, we will continue to shop with them. Highly, highly recommend checking them out.

I had an excellent experience at this store. Came in, spoke with the owner, and told him the parameters of what I was looking for as well as the job I needed the rifle to do. He fully appreciated everything I told him and pointed me towards exactly what I needed instead of spending unnecessary time confounding the situation with unnecessary options. Now, after several months of ownership I can confirm I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and I will definitely be back for my next piece of equipment.

First time firearms owner here. I just went into back country sports and had exceptional service. I must have asked them 30 questions and they gladly answered all of them. The owners were helpful and cordial. I bought a cheaper firearm and there was no upselling. They provided good advice, and I left the shop feeling like I got a great deal. Will definitely shop there again.
