My son has been taking drum lessons with John for 5-6 years and he loves every minute of his music making experience with John. He has a fun and varied way of teaching music which never gets staid or boring. He is an excellent all-round musician which allows him to create a jam-style environment for the student, so that they feel like they are performing and can freely express themselves without feeling self-conscious about making mistakes.
We love his new music academy studios and would highly recommend Backbeat to anyone who wants to lose themselves in a love of music and learn to play an instrument proficiently.
