The absolute worst company. No shows, nothing but sorry I don’t know how to fix this and apologies. Stay away from this scheme of a company. If they match you with them through Lowe’s, ask for a different company.

Backyard ADU did a GREAT job constructing the ADU in my North Tacoma Property. They were professional and on time and I didn't have to worry about anything. I just had to make a handful of decisions and the rest worked out great.The Quality of construction was actually higher than I thought, so keep that in mind when you consider costs. I use this as a rental and people really like the quality and want to live here. Also, they worked with the lender and made funding easy for me. This was a total WIN for me. Highly recommend.

Dave Weisser at Backyard ADU is the best! He handled everything for my ADU in Burien, including building permits, installing utilities and all finishing details. He included a selection of fixtures that look upscale and was flexible with changes I wanted.
Throughout the process Dave was responsive, answering my calls or calling back immediately, and fixing any problems right away. I'm so glad I used The Backyard ADU for my project!
