A loved one was arrested and I desperately wanted to get them out. I googled bail bond companies in San Francisco and Bail Hotline was one of the ones that popped up. I called and Esperanza helped guide me through the process. She also gave me a 2% rebate which I greatly appreciated. Shortly after processing the paperwork I was informed that someone else had already paid the bail through another bail bonds company and I was told I could visit their local branch in Redwood City( where I reside) to get a refund instead of driving all the way back up to SF. Anthony greeted me at the door and helped me start the refund process and Jose finalized it. Long story short, the customer service was great and I will 100% come back in the future if I ever need to bail anyone out.

Anthony has done a great job for me I would definitely tec9mend going thru him and hopefully in the future I won't need him but 8f 8 did I will for sure fo back to him
