If I could rate them a zero I would. I ordered online and I should have read the reviews before. It’s been 5 weeks the package has never been shipped they are impossible to get ahold of. DO NOT SHOP THERE.

Very disappointed with online order. I placed an order for over 200.00 back in September. After a month of not receiving anything I started sending emails and making phone calls. No one ever answered and never received a response until another month later when I demanded a refund. Got nothing but excuses and promises of shipment. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. I am now out 255.00 with no product.

If I could rate this business zero stars I would have. I ordered something as a Christmas gift in November of 2022 and still have yet to receive my order and it is now March of 2023. They have terrible customer service and never really answer your questions when they do get back to you. Also good luck getting a refund because they also won’t help you with that either. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this business. Bain Boutique please do better.
