Was charged $60 for a no show appointment that was not true. When I discussed it with office they were very rude and unwilling to work with me threatened collections after they’ve made thousands off me bringing my daughter there. Very rude to me on many occasions

Doctor Sarah Archibald is a gift to our family. We began receiving care from Dr. Sarah with our newborn Lincoln and she has been immeasurably responsive and helpful at every turn of our child’s development. A+

This office has gone down hill. My three children have been going here since 2014. I am sad to see the office getting worse. The doctor didn’t care about the patients. I took my two young ones for the well-child visit. The visit were quick and careless on the individual level. Then I got charged for behavioral test, where I didn’t see any indication of caring for their emotional level. The visit was just the usual weight , height and “are you ok”. I suggest to look for pediatric off the island.
