Baja Fresh always surprises me with how tasty and consistent it is. I probably have the strongest sense of credibility in this review board, only because I’ve been eating here just about every week for a couple of years. Sad? Maybe. But it’s not sad once you consider the product and service. Lydia and Carlos manage the front desk and always get the order right, Tony in the back never misses. I tried chipotle’s carnitas burrito, and it’s just a sad wannabe of what these guys are pulling with the pork carnitas. These guys and bell tower are my go to in Vancouver.

I came here shortly after noon. There were 2 people working at the time and both were friendly and efficient for it being just 2. Food was tasty and the guy at the register was very kind.

Edit+ Came back and tried the new birria taco plate for 13$, delicious. My favorite is still the wahoo Baja bowl, but all their food I've tried has been great. +

Great food.

They had signs up saying no microwaves, no can openers here, well they lived up to that, it tasted very fresh.

The food was actually a decent portion size aswell, I ordered the wahoo bowl, which is white fish. Which cost around 13$.

The food had alot of flavor, the fajita veggies were cooked well and overall just a great flavorful meal.

The restaurant was very slow when I went, this probably helped make the food really good because they weren't busy at all and had all the focus to make mine really good.

I will probably be coming back to try more meals here. Much better experience then the Costa vida place I tried down the street.
