We had an emergency problem with our breaker box. Gary came out within two hours and worked with me to get the problems fixed. He also instructed me on how to handle certain types of wires, fixed issues with grounding and bonding. Never a more pleasant person could one meet! He was not only extremely knowledgeable but kind and considerate and not the least bit condescending. Such a pleasure! Baker has a great find in this employee!

The job in my opinion was over priced. Not communicated well. And worst of all when I tried to pay my bill in two payments due to the surprise amount. The manager was very unhelpful and incenative. I Will not be working with the company again.

We are in a very old church building with numerous challenges including labyrinthine electrical wiring. Mike showed up on time, was happy to help, answered every question, and worked tirelessly to find and solve the issue. He was amazing, and we a so grateful for his help.
