I have taken our tools to Bakersfield Tool repairs for decades, service has always been excellent. Wendy has always been upfront and honest regarding whether your tool is worth fixing or not. Time is money to both them and us the customers, so we can appreciate getting to the point asap, and that is what Wendy does, but at the same time keeping it professional.. excellent customer service and repairs ..
