I took the bolillos and teleras class last weekend and it was an AMAZING class! It was a last minute decision but I’m glad I did and that Chef Alex was able to add me to the class. I loved the class, the investment to take this class was so worth it. I already signed up for the upcoming classes, so that says how much I enjoyed the class 🤗. The environment is amazing and love the set up. Can’t wait to take the next classes, thank you Chef Alex and Chef Lili (No pasa nada 😉 IYKYN)!

I am the proud daughter of a panadero and I come from a family of panaderos from Chihuahua but after this class, I have a whole new appreciation for the art and science of making pan dulce! Thank you Chef Alex!!!

I had the pleasure of attending three courses led by chef Alex Peña, and I must say, his expertise in the culinary field is truly remarkable. He is a passionate and knowledgeable chef who pays great attention to detail. Chef Alex experience shine through in his teaching, and he is always willing to answer any questions you may have I highly recommend chef Alex’s course if you are interested in learning how to make pan dulce. His dedication to his craft and his ability to impart knowledge make for a valuable learning experience.
