Long story short... I feel that Dr. Sonbol saved me from a lot of unnecessary pain and meds that I really never like to take. I was misdiagnosed first with PMR then after seeing a rheumatologist he felt it was more like rheumatoid Arthritis. After a 5 day dose of a steroid pack then to 10mg of Prednisone a day things felt better but then the pain moved from my muscles into my joints. That is when he decided that it had more the characteristics of RA. I had about 8 tube samples of blood drawn for testing. The nights were the worst because for some reason, the minute I laid down the pain just swept over my body. About 2 weeks in I woke one morning and thought I need to go see Dr Sonbol to see if she could relieve me of some of the pain. I got to her office which I had been many times before with pinched nerves ect. She took one look at me, looked at my tongue top and bottom and right off the bat said I dont think you have either of what I had been diagnosed with. She asked me what I had been eating or drinking on a regular basis. She then said I need you to go on a plant based and protein diet for the next week or 2. I felt a good 50% better when I left that Saturday. The next week was a little better until the following Friday nite and I had Sea-bass for dinner, I woke that night at 5am in so much pain! I could not wait for 2pm to see Dr Sonbol. I got to the office and she looked at the swelling in my hands and asked what I had eaten for dinner the night before? I told her Sea Bass. That made her asked me what else are you doing on a regular basis then said “Do you take supplements?” Yes I said and that was the key thing that she was looking for. She said that no one should take supplements for a long periods time but only when needed but should always try to get it naturally not in a capsule. She told me that she needed to do a process of cupping to try to cleanse my blood because I had taken supplements for over 15 years and my liver just could not take it anymore. I had what they call uric acid in my blood that makes little sharp crystals in my joints and that causes the inflammation in my joints that leads to excruciating pain. She scheduled me for Wednesday. I arrived at her office and started right away with the procedure. It all took maybe 30 minutes. When she was done, I literally went from painfully rolling over to pushing myself right up. I felt 80% better and within 3 days I am 100% out of pain!!! I have always been a heathy person and thought I was doing all the right things but with the knowledge that Dr Sonbol has shared with me I will move forward in a much more natural way of getting the nutrients that our bodies need. I feel so lucky to have been fortunate enough to have crossed paths with such a loving, kind and beyond giving person. I will always turn to her before even thinking of going to a doctors office. Thanks Dr Sonbol!!! X Tracy

I went to Dr. Sonbol for a few treatments and I will return again. She is an extremely skilled practitioner who treats your emotional, physical, and spiritual body. She helped me to let go of stuff and ignite my inner healing. She balanced my chakras and I saw results. She.said that this will help me to be " more connected to the world and sharing my purpose." I was getting clearer but was at a loss about how to share my gifts. I felt isolated for a very long time. But she helped heal something inside me. And I am connected to my life purpose and much more connected to the world. Thank you! She is a dedicated healer.
