I began my wellness journey with Margo and she has been instrumental in helping me become more aware of my body and movements. She is an incredible listener and offers her suggestions for therapy with explanations as to why and how this might benefit me. I had zero experience with yoga but she made our visits very comfortable. What impressed me the most was when she told me that her goal is not for long term sessions; the goal was to give me the tools and activities to do myself and feel better. After my visits, I would feel energized and confident. I've since moved on to working out 4-5 times a week with activities that I know my body can handle and benefit from.
