One female therapist asked for more tips! I had been here several times and was generally satisfied with their service, but unfortunately, this particular lady did a below-average job. Despite that, I still tipped her 25%. However, she made the situation very awkward by asking for a larger tip in front of all the waiting clients. She even commented that the tip was too little. I was taken aback by her audacity and explained that I didn't have any smaller bills. Another employee had to fetch change from outside the store using my $20 bill. To appease her, I gave an additional $5, but she still wore an unhappy expression. This experience was by far the worst I've had and has made me reluctant to return. I hope the manager will closely monitor such incidents to prevent them from happening to anyone else in the future.

My coworker recommended this place. He likes it so much that he drives from Cerritos to get his regular massages here. He and I are both highly anxious, tense muscle kind of folks. I tried it today, and was able to get a same day service at the time I wanted! Will definitely be returning! Such a great massage for such a low price and my masseuse was professional and kind. Some advice: you’ll probably be sitting on a massage bench first for an upright neck and back massage, facing the wall for modesty (I assumed I was supposed to lay down immediately and had to be guided otherwise). Please also tip well to compensate for the amazing value of a great massage at extremely low prices.

Don’t visit this place even if it’s cheaper than other massage spas. Therapist has poor service and skill quality and finished earlier than the 60 min paid. The first impression upon entry is a rough spa place with low quality service attitude. Although they replied they don’t ask for tips to “Mercedes Oz”, it is not true. Normally I always tip but I was very disappointed with my first massage so I did not want to tip, however the therapist and receptionist asked me about the tip before my exit…so I reluctantly tipped the 20%. This place lacks training overall, save your money, don’t come…..
