BAH has been so great! The office team, nurses, and doctors are all amazing, kind, and you can see they really care for their animal patients. You can request appts on their site (or call) and they are very prompt getting back to you to schedule. They are communicative (e.g., procedures, treatment options, diagnoses, etc), responsive with requests like forwarding or receiving paperwork, conscientious of cost, and transparent with estimates prior to procedures / invoicing. As with all vets at this time, they can be booked out a bit but they have drop off urgent care appts that may be available sooner. It’s been a pleasure bringing my dog here and she LOVES them all!

I was dog-sitting for a patient here and had some complications during our time together. The staff was SO communicative and supportive.
